Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do the results just give me co.uk traffic data?
No, the outputs from this tool include all traffic from a given country regardless of the domain the user used.
Do the results just show the english terms?
Providing you have not selected the button "English speaking customers only" the output will show you results for the english term as well as its translated term*. The Cost per click (CPC) is calculated by taking a weighted average of the two. *note; not all terms can be easily translated which may mean results come back with low or 0 traffic volumes
What is search volume?
The search volume shows monthly searches for a given keyword and includes volumes for related terms e.g. the opportunity calculated for "laptops" could include the terms "laptop" and "laptop computer". Full market opportunity may vary from market to market depending on Google's reach in each market.
How many terms can i calculate at once?
You can only calculate results for 3 terms at once. If more terms are included then the gadget will not work.
What do i do if I don't get any results back from my keyword search?
There can be a number of reason why some keywords will bring back no results. These tend to due to either computer translation or market maturity issues. We advise you if this is the case please use the other free Google tools to do a more robust opportunity analysis
